    • Route Shipping Insurance: You have the option to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout. This shipping insurance protection is provided by Route, a third-party. There will be a very small fee to add this optional insurance. *If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, Cypress & Stone Co. will not be responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages.*
    • Shipping Rates: Currently we only offer shipping to the US Domestic, and WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Shipping prices are calculated by package weight at check out. See standard shipping rates below:
    • 0 - 0.5lbs = $4.90
    • 5lbs - 1lbs = $6.90
    • 1lbs - 5lbs = $9.90
    • Above 5lbs = $19.90
    • $75+ orders are free standard shipping 
    • We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for ITEMS to ship. Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days. We promise we will be doing our absolute best to ship as fast as possible!
    • Tracking information will be provided via email and can also be tracked by downloading the SHOP or ROUTE apps.  {please allow 48 hours for tracking to update in USPS. If you have tracking and no update, please wait 48 hours for the system to update, prior to emailing}
    • Orders typically cannot be edited/canceled once your order is placed and has an order # due to our fulfillment process.
    • Some orders may arrive in separate packages to provide fastest service. You will receive email updates for each shipment summarizing items with tracking information.

    RETURN POLICY:

    "Unwashed, unworn, unused, undamaged merchandise with original tags may be returned if post marked within 14 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number). If the returned merchandise is deemed by Cypress & Stone Co. to be unwashed, unworn, unused, undamaged with original tags, a gift card for store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days. Once store credit from a return is applied to a future order, the new order becomes final sale.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost is paid by the customer will not be reimbursed by Cypress & Stone Co. Because we are a small business, we can only accept up to 3 items returned a month per customer.

  • Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, any SALE item(s) are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Please note: Bralettes/Swimwear/Undergarments/Jewelry/Masks are FINAL SALE (Not eligible for return/exchange).

    If merchandise is damaged during the shipping process and you have not purchased ROUTE purchase protection, please notify your mail carrier directly to file a claim with USPS. If merchandise is damaged as a result of manufacturer defect, a replacement of the exact same item that was ordered (same product, color, and size) will be mailed to the customer at no charge once the damaged merchandise is received by Cypress and Stone Co. and replacement is approved. A shipping label to return the damaged merchandise will be emailed to the customer at no charge once return request is received. No store credit will be given for damaged merchandise unless the item originally ordered is out of stock."
